Policies for Hotel Jambo Guest House

Cancellations: Cancellation is possible until any time of day 31 days prior to the check-in date with a penalty of 5% of the reservation total.
Cancellation at any time of day 30 days prior to the check-in date, will incur a penalty of 25% of the reservation total.
Cancellation from any time of day 29 days prior to the check-in date until any time of day 15 days prior to the check-in date, will incur a penalty of 50% of the reservation total.
A no-show or a cancellation from any time of day 14 days prior to the check-in date onwards, will incur a penalty of 100% of the reservation total.

A Lavish Continental Breakfast is included in the tariff s and is served in the Courtyard Breakfast Room.

* All reservations require one night's full deposit or 50% of total stay for 2 nights or more. Written confirmation is issued on receipt of this deposit.
* Payment of accommodation is due and payable on arrival.
* All major credit cards are accepted.
* Our cancellation fees are :

Directions:

Directions to Jambo from the Airport. Take the N2 towards city. Then follow signs to Sea Point, continue past the Waterfront entrance and exit left at Green Point Stadium traffic circle whilst keeping to the right lane as you need to turn right at the traffic lights.

You are now in Main Road Green Point. Grove Road is the 4th Road to the left (at bus stop number 52) Proceed up Grove Road,Jambo is No.1 on the left. You will be directed to our off street parking at the rear of the property, after check in.
